San Diego Design Inspiration – Vin de Syrah
Have you been to Vin De Syrah Spirit and Wine Parlor in downtown San Diego? If not, you definitely should go just to check out the creative interior design. This is a great reminder that you can decorate your walls, seating, lighting, floors and ceilings however you want. From faux grass on the wall, use old wine barrels for lighting (that are actually upholstered on the inside might I add), to faux trees coming out of the walls…it’s definitely something out of a book.
I love this idea to use old wine barrels as the overhead lighting.
Faux tree, and green butterflies shaped as leaves coming out of the wall that also resembles old wine barrels, or an old barn.
This round-about circle chair becomes the focal point of the room with the overhead lighting situated right above. Furthermore, the suspended umbrellas hanging from the ceiling give even more emphasis to the middle of the room, leading the eye right to this area.
